Content Restrictions

These Content Restrictions are a binding extension of Section 6, "Account Content/Sensitive Information," specifically Subsection 6.2 on Content Restrictions, as part of the Terms of Service found at www.artrela.tv/terms.

They are incorporated by reference herein and apply to all video account owners and/or distributors (individually and collectively, the "Account Owner") providing video streaming through the platform located at www.artrela.tv and related domains, subdomains, mobile and desktop applications, as well as OTT TV applications (individually and collectively, the "Platform Services"). These Terms govern the Account Owner’s use of the Platform Services, including but not limited to all functionalities, features, streaming capabilities, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the Platform Services provided by Artrela, Inc. (the "Company").

You may not upload any content that:

1. Is Sexually Explicit (e.g., Pornography)

• We do not allow sexually explicit content, such as pornography, on the Artrela platform. This includes content that depicts sexual acts in an explicit manner. Exceptions to this policy may be accepted, at Artrela's sole discretion, if the content serves a medical, educational, naturalistic, or documentary purpose, or is an artistic representation.

2. Exploits or Endangers Minors

• We strictly prohibit any content that exploits or harms children and minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Content that sexualizes minors or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
2. Content that invites or encourages minors to engage in harmful or dangerous activities.
3. Content featuring child nudity is not permitted under any circumstances and will be removed without prior notice.

• If content is suspected of containing CSAM, we will immediately block the account and report the incident to the appropriate authorities.

3. Is Discriminatory, Defamatory, or Incites Hatred Against Any Individual or Group

• While we support freedom of speech, we do not allow discriminatory speech directed at individuals or groups. This includes expressions that:

1. Focus on personal characteristics such as ethnicity, race, national origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, mental or physical disability, or age.
2. Convey messages of inferiority or contempt.
3. Use recognized slurs or derogatory terms to insult groups.
4. Showcase or promote hate symbols without valid context.
5. Advocate, celebrate, or justify genocide or other crimes against humanity.
6. Promote theories of racial superiority.
7. Spread unfounded conspiracy theories or defamatory content intended to harm an individual's or group's reputation.

• Artrela reserves the right to remove any such content without prior warning.

4. Promotes or Supports Terror or Hate Groups

• Content that aims to spread propaganda or radicalize individuals or groups is prohibited. We do not allow content created by or directly supporting any domestic or foreign hate or terror groups. Calls for violence are strictly forbidden, and such content and related channels may be removed immediately without notice.

5. Harassing or Abusive Toward Any Individual or Group

• Harassment and abusive behavior are not tolerated. However, This includes:

1. Shaming, bullying, or cyberbullying.
2. Threatening, intimidating, or insulting language.
3. Calling for violence against any individual or group, regardless of their status.

• Critical commentary of public figures may be allowed if it does not constitute harassment or incite violence.

6. Violates Any Applicable Law

• Artrela abides by U.S. local and federal laws and regulations, as well as international copyright laws and treaties. Any content that violates these laws will be removed without prior notice.

7. Contains Information or Instructions for Assembling Explosives

• Content providing instructions on creating homemade bombs or firearms is prohibited. This includes:

1. Homemade firearm recipes.
2. Instructions on modifying firearms to increase lethality, capacity, or effectiveness through non-standard or prohibited means.

• Such content will be removed without prior notice.

8. Promotes Fraudulent or Dubious Business Schemes or Proposes Unlawful Transactions

• This includes content that:

1. Is based on illegal activities.
2. Promotes or encourages participation in unlawful or fraudulent behavior, including illegal services or products, pyramid schemes, or unregistered securities offerings.

9. Depicts Unlawful Acts of Extreme Violence

• Content depicting real-life unlawful acts or extreme violence against humans or animals is not allowed. This includes:

1. Torture, physical or sexual abuse, killing, or murder in real-life situations.
2. Encouraging self-harm or self-mutilation.
3. Gruesome real-life images.

• Journalistic content reporting on real-world events may be allowed if presented for informative purposes and not exploitative or sensationalistic in nature.

10. Depicts or Encourages Self-Harm

• We are committed to user safety and mental health. Content that depicts or encourages self-harm or suicide is prohibited. This includes content that:

1. Encourages or glorifies eating disorders, self-harm, or suicide.
2. Provides instructions on how to engage in self-harm.

• Content aimed at educating the public, raising awareness, or helping others may be allowed, even if it discusses sensitive topics related to mental health.

11. Depicts Animal Cruelty or Extreme Violence Toward Animals

• Content showing real-life cruelty to animals or purposeful endangerment for entertainment purposes is prohibited and will be removed without notice.

12. Infringes Any Third Party’s Copyrights or Other Rights (e.g., Trademark, Privacy Rights)

• You must have all necessary rights to upload, publish, or monetize content. Your content must not infringe on third-party rights, including:

1. Copyrights: Unauthorized use of music, stock footage, images, or other copyrighted material.
2. Trademarks: Use of trademarks without permission.
3. Privacy Rights: Violating an individual's privacy.

13. Content Flagged as Restricted

• If your content is flagged for infringement or violation:

1. You will be contacted and given the opportunity to prove your rights to use the material.
2. Failure to comply or provide proof may result in the removal of your content from the Artrela platform.
