To make changes to your personal information, please contact us directly by email. You may also update your personal information by logging into your Artrela account, clicking your user image at the top right of the page, and then selecting "Manage Account" (www.artrela.tv/account).
We collect only the personal data you choose to provide during the registration process. To use our services, you need to provide us with your full name, email address, phone number, country, and billing information, including credit card data and/or PayPal and Google Checkout information.
You may choose not to provide any of the above information; however, without it, you will not be able to use Artrela’s services or certain features.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will retain your data for up to 30 days after your account is deleted. After this period, all your data will be fully removed from our system.
As an Artrela client, it is your responsibility to post a privacy policy on your video website that complies with the laws applicable to your business.
To provide our services, we store information about your customers so you can offer and manage your content. We collect the name and email address of each paying and/or registered customer. This information is necessary to allow individuals access to our services for processing payments, authentication, or administering access to your content.
If you request additional information during the checkout process using the non-required (voluntary) custom fields, we will also collect and store this information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you request in the custom fields during checkout is collected lawfully. We recommend consulting with legal counsel to ensure you are appropriately protecting your customers' privacy.
As an Artrela client, you have the ability to access and remove your customer data via the delete function, should one of your customers wish to no longer access your content and wants all of their data deleted.
Some transactions between your customers and your site on the Artrela platform may involve payment by credit card, debit card, and/or third-party online payment services. In such transactions, we will collect information related to verifying and providing access to your content, including only the following when relevant: card type, last four digits of the card, card expiration date, email address, date of transaction, amount of transaction, and origin of the transaction. Other information collected during the transaction will remain with and be secured by the payment processing company (e.g., Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal, Apple Pay).
We may collect and store certain information about your interaction with Artrela’s website and services. This includes cookies, IP addresses, browser type, device type, location, Internet Service Provider (ISP), entry and exit pages, operating systems, timestamps, and other related data. We use this information solely to improve the quality of our services and products. If you choose to decline cookies via your browser, you may experience limitations in using our services.
When you register to use our services or purchase products from a vendor using our services, your email will automatically be added to the Artrela mailing list. You will receive welcome information, account details, and other marketing-related information pertaining to our services, as well as updates on products you viewed or purchased. You may also receive periodic emails notifying you of new features, products, titles, and other related information.
You may choose to opt out of receiving emails from us; however, by doing so, you will not receive technical support communications, account updates and notifications, product updates, security updates, or changes to Artrela’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you forget your account information, you can log back into Artrela’s website and click the link “Forgot your username or password?” on the login screen. A password reset link will be emailed to you with instructions to reset your account information.
We employ SSL encryption and other security measures to protect your data and ensure its safety. While we take extensive steps to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access. Please take appropriate steps to maintain the security of your account information. We highly recommend setting a strong password for your registered Artrela account to prevent others from easily guessing it.
Passwords are encrypted before being stored in our database, meaning plaintext passwords are never stored. Passwords cannot be retrieved, only reset, to protect privacy at the highest level.
